Birthday Parties
The College Park Aviation Museum is the perfect setting for a fun-filled, imaginative birthday party for children turning 4-12!
Birthday parties may be booked on Saturdays and Sundays at 10am and 1pm for 2 hours.

Your 2-hour party includes:

A mini, educator-led tour of the museum with exploration time in our Flight School area, and more

Choice of hands-on activity for children to take home

Free play in our Imagination Plane, Sportcopter, and Flight School areas

Use of mezzanine space for eating and activity

Tablecloths, flatware, and paper products

Goody bag for each child

Flat fee includes all supplies for up to 12 children:​

$350 Field of Firsts Foundation Members. You can become a member at the time of booking.

$400 Non-Members
$15 per additional child (up to max of 20)

Rentals​​
The College Park Aviation Museum and College Park Airport Operations Building offer a unique setting to host a business meetings, trainings, wedding and other receptions or parties.
​
Both buildings overlook the world's oldest continuously operating general aviation airport!
​Museum Rentals​​
The museum will be a unique and memorable space for your rental. Capacity allows for up to 65 guests.
​

The Museum's Main Gallery space--filled with 10 aircraft, interactive exhibits, photographs, and displays with a glass viewing wall facing the airport's runway--offers a scenic backdrop for evening activities.

The museum boasts a large gallery and three smaller galleries, a mezzanine level overlooking the main gallery, and an outdoor patio overlooking the airfield.

You may choose to rent the entire museum and take advantage of all the exhibits to entertain your guests. Or, for smaller events, rent the mezzanine and patio overlooking the main gallery and airfield.

All food and decorations must remain upstairs on mezzanine level. Planes, decorations, and exhibits cannot be altered or removed. Please check with the museum for current exhibits or displays.

When booking during business hours, (Tue-Sun, 10am-4pm), please note the museum will be open to the public. The rental area will be blocked off to the public, but the stairs, elevator, and mezzanine hallway will be available for public access.​

Airport Rentals

Want to have your party or meeting at the airport?
​
The Airport Operations Building offers myriad spaces from a state-of-the-art meeting space, which can also be rented for receptions and other events, to a light filled two-story lobby, and an outdoor terrace overlooking the airfield. ​​​​
