About the event
Walk down the College Park Airport tarmac and get an exclusive tour of the Prince George’s County Police Department’s (PGCPD) Helicopter Hangar led by the PGCPD Aviation Unit. Afterwards, trot back over to the Museum for a meet-and-greet with the Prince George’s County Park Police Mounted Unit horses. Join us for an opportunity to learn about and meet the people (and animals) who work to keep us safe, in the air, and on the ground. Registration Required. Participants must be age 10 or up. This program requires walking/standing for about one hour. Cost includes PGCPD Helicopter Hangar tour, Mounted Unit meet & greet, and museum admission.
